Aksh Optifibre Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18th August, 2009 has decided to make a preferential issue of upto 9000000 Convertible Warrants. The said issue of Convertible Warrants shall be subject to approval of shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting".
