Adhunik Metaliks Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2009 is payable on or after 16th September 2009, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 11th September 2009".
