Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2009, inter alia, has decided to change the financial year ending from December 31st to March 31st, therefore the current financial year will be for a period of 15 months which will end on March 31, 2010. The subsequent accounting years will be therefore for the period beginning April 01st to March 31st.
