Choudhari, Managing Director, of the Company, has sold 144,995 equity shares of the Company between August 03, 2009 to August 07, 2009 (both days inclusive). Therefore, his shareholding after the above transaction is 7258031 equity shares aggregating to 12.31% of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of Company.
