Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Thomas Mathew T has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company effective August 07, 2009. Mr. Mathew is the Nominee Director appointed by Life Insurance Corporation of India in place of Mr. R K Misra, who resigned effective July 31, 2009.
