watch 5208 level for nifty spot
if nifty closes bellow this level then correction may start for few days.

Till 31.12.09 all Muctual Funds and FIIs have interest in maintaining their annual NAV, now they are free, they have total one years in their hands, for the time being most of the investeors are not interested to buy at this high level, hence buying force may reduce, FIIs may start selling, and nifty may trade now freely may come out with range bound behaviour of trading.
Possibility of some correction I expect, let the weekly supports may be broken first then only anything can be said any way presently I can say that if on Monday nifty trades / closes bellow 5208 then correction may start.

Exponental Divergence is showing uptrend upto 05.01.2010
Bejan Daruwas`s pridiction is also for correction from 05.01.2010
HLN`S resitance is also arround 5255
4 day average of highs is for use of 05.01.2010 is 5218 and tentative for 06.01.2010 is 5224
Hence I have my views that since Expo divergence is also showing decline from 06.01.2010, Daruwala`s prdiction is also coincidentaly matches with this positon, Daily resitance is 5258, weely second resistance is 5256, HLN`S RESISTANCE IS 5255, hence looking into these circumastance exit from long position is must arround 5250-5255, from here intraday shorting can be initiated and if closing becomes are exprected to be bellow 5218 then further short positon can be added and if closing is expected above 5218 then short position should be covered mearly by gain of 10-20 points.

For today magic level at present is 5280,

Present magic level is 5280, can short for 10-20 points gains. I expect that after making peak on 07.01.2010, nifty can start sliding, hence positonal shorting is not suitable, however Intraday shorting can be done with stop loss 5290, till future remains bellow 5280.

presently market bredth is very strong
advancing shares are 1058, declining shares are 164, hence be remain careful while shorting, but till future is trading bellow magic level longs can also not be initiated. take long positon only above 5280, gain will be limited.

markets r in a uptrend
can move 30 points down on nifty after crossing 5300 but will retrace faster and move to 5450 levels in jan itself is my view so going short can be dangerous

today in my chart one peculior thing I am finding that Exponetal Divergence is making peak today and from tomorrow Exponental Divergence is showing declining trend. Hence I expect that till 2 PM nifty may trade with minor gains and after 2 PM at any moment sudden basket selling may happen because yesterday all calls of 5500 and above have closed in red inspite of nifty spot closed with 45 points gains.
Hnece I have my view that if nifty remained unable to trade above 2nd resistance 5315 till 2 PM or remained unable to go above even 1st resitance 5297 or remained unble to trade above yesterday`s high 5288.35 then this will be sign of weakness. 2nd thing if nifty trades after 3.15 PM bellow 5259 ( this 4 day average of highs ) then this will be another sign of weakness. hence be carefull towards long position. Normally reversal of trend happens on thursday and some times on tuesday.
