Aksh Optifibre Limited has informed the Exchange that Dr. Kailash S. Choudhari, Managing Director, of the Company, has sold 129,600 equity shares of the Company between July 27, 2009 & July 30, 2009 (both days inclusive). Therefore, his shareholding after the above transaction is 7403026 equity shares aggregating to 12.55% of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of Company.
