Hotel Leela Venture Ltd. has informed the Exchange vide notes to Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 (taken on record by the Board of the directors of the Company at its Meeting held on July 31, 2009) that : "With respect to the Auditors observation about the balance due from HUDCO as reflected in the Annual Report of 2008-09, the Company has recognised interest receivable at the rates confirmed by the Supreme Court of India while dismissing the appeal of HUDCO and upholding the Arbitral Award in our favour".
