Sun TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. South Asia Multimedia Technologies Ltd, (SAMT) a shareholder of South Asia FM Ltd (SAFL), subsidiary of Sun TV Network Ltd has increased its stake in the equity of SAFL from 6.98% to 20% and the present Shareholding of Sun TV Network Ltd in SAFL is 59.15%.
