Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2009, inter alia, has decided to forfeit 124000 equity share of Re 1/- each due to non payment of call money of Re 0.50 per equity shares by the 124 shareholders of the Company.
