Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Recommended a Final Divided @ 10% i.e. Rs 0.20/- per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
2. Shri R P Udawat is appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. July 30, 2009.
