Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 31, 2009 have declared an Interim Dividend @ Re. 1/- per equity share (Face Value Rs.2/-) for the financial year 2009-10.
