Dhandapani Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2009, inter alia, has approved by the Board to proceed with Postal Ballot subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank Of India, for obtaining the consent of the members for changing the name of the Company from Dhandapani Finance Ltd to DFL Infrastructure Finance Ltd as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai and the Board approved the Postal Ballot notice for the same.
