Torrent Power Limited has informed the Exchange that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company: 1) Shri Kiran Karnik has been appointed as an additional director of the Company with effect from July 30, 2009. 2) Shri K. Sridhar has been appointed as an additional director of the Company vice Shri S. B. Kunwar with effect from July 31, 2009.
