Torrent Power Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 934.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 538.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. Total Income has increased from Rs 11426.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 to Rs 12624.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 939.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 538.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. Total Income has increased from Rs 11426.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 to Rs 12636.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.
