Ineos Abs (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 27, 2009 have also approved reappointment of Mr. R S Agrawal as Managing Director for a further period of two years from January 01, 2010 to December 31, 2011 subject to necessary compliance in this regard.
