INEOS ABS (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2009, inter alia, has approved reappointment of Mr. R S Agrawal as Managing Director for a further period of two years from January 01, 2010 to December 31, 2011, subject to necessary compliance in this regard.
