Aksh Optifibre Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had issued 50,00,000 Convertible Warrants on January 15, 2008, convertible into equity shares within a period of 18 months from the date of issue.
Out of the above said issue of share warrants, 396825 warrants were converted into equity shares.
The warrant holders of remaining 4,603,175 warrants did not opt for conversion hence the warrants have lapsed on July 14, 2009.
