D-Link India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2009 has fixed the Record Date as June 25, 2009 for the purpose of Scheme of Arrangement for determining the shareholders of the Company, who would be allotted 1 share of Smartlink Network Systems Ltd for every share held in the Company as on the Record Date.
There will not be any fractional allotment or entitlement of shares.
