Hov Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on July 28, 2009 had considered and approved the followings:-1) Revision in sitting fees payable to Independent Directors to Rs. 20,000/- per meeting of the Board and Committee thereof; and 2) Appointed Mr. Parvinder S Chadha, Executive Director as Chairman of the Company.
