Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement that consequent upon resignation of Company Secretary, Ms. Dimple Mehta, she has ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company and in her place Ms. Kunjan Trivedi, Asst. Company Secretary, who is a qualified Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 27,2009.
