Nippo Batteries Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2009, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Mr. P Dwarakanath Reddy has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from July 23, 2009 and with effect from October 01, 2009 as Managing Director of the Company subject to approval of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Mr. R P Khaitan has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from July 23, 2009 and with effect from October 01, 2009 as Joint Managing Director of the Company subject to approval of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
