Granules India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 25, 2009: (1) Recommended a final dividend of 12.5% for the financial year 2008-09. (2) Re-appointment of Mr.C.Krishna Prasad as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 01/09/2009 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of members.
