United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2009, inter alia, has recommended payment of an Additional Dividend of Re 0.15 per equity share (making a total dividend distribution of Re 0.30 per equity share). The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 10, 2009.
