Mirc Electronics Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the company shall be paying the dividend for the financial year 2008-09 to the eligible shareholders on or after the August 24, 2009 subject to the approval of members of the Company in the ensuing annual general meeting scheduled to be held on the August 18, 2009.
