There normalised EPS is around 20 Rs p.a. Even if you give 10 PE to this stock, this is worth 200. From 30 to 122, it has gone up dramamtically as it was way too much undervalued. Even at 122, it is a steal. Doesnt matter where the market goes, this one is surely goung one way --- and that is UP!
Tara start Accumulating now, I see rally coming back in this stock, we can see price of 150 based on fundamentals. Anyways just visualise were do we need batteries, In UPS, Cars & bikes. Power Shortage keeps demand up. Cars & Bikes sales will be down in rural. From Andhra region there are 3 companies with good ethics Nava Bharat Ventures, Oil Country Tubular & Amara Raja Batteries. This is based on my research to invest in companies with good fundamentals & strong ethics.
