JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2009, has appointed Shri. N C Muniyappa, IAS {Managing Director of Karnataka State Industrial Investment & Development Corporation Ltd (KSIIDC)} as an Additional Director w.e.f. July 16, 2009, representing KSIIDC.
Shri. N C Muniyappa, IAS has been appointed in place of Shri. V Madhu, IAS whose nomination has been withdrawn by KSIIDC w.e.f. the said date. Accordingly, Shri. V Madhu, IAS has ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. July 16, 2009.
