Jk Tyre & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2009 has appointed Shri. N.C. Muniyappa, IAS {Managing Director of Karnataka State Industrial Investment & Development Corporation Limited (KSIIDC)} as an Additional Director w.e.f. 16th July 2009, representing KSIIDC. Shri N. C. Muniyappa, IAS has been appointed in place of Shri V. Madhu, IAS whose nomination has been withdrawn by KSIIDC w.e.f. the said date. Accordingly Shri. V. Madhu, IAS has ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. July 16, 2009.
