Jindal Saw Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated July 13, 2009 that "The Honble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad during the hearing held today has approved the merger of Highgate Consultants Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company. The certified true copy of the Order has been applied for and the same is awaited".
