Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the Honble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad during the hearing held on July 13, 2009 has approved the merger of Highgate Consultants Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company. The certified true copy of the Order has been applied for and the same is awaited.
