Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To approve and sign the Audited Accounts of the Company and Consolidated Accounts (Indian GAAP) for the 4th quarter ended June 30, 2009 and financial year ended June 30, 2009.
2. To consider and recommend the final dividend, if any, on equity shares.
