Geojit Bnp Paribas Financial Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 6,34,605 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each to employees of the Company and subsidiaries and 36,000 equity shares of Re.1 each to Directors of the Company upon exercise of stock options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.
