Celebrity Fashions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 26, 2009 had decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on July 27, 2009. Further the Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting had also decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer books from July 24, 2009 to July 27, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
