With reference to earlier announcement dated July 01, 2009, regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2009, Marg Ltd has informed BSE that the two figures in the Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009, namely, the "Net Income from Operations" being Rs. 70.09 Cr and "Other Income" being Rs. 36.16 Cr followed by the consequential changes has been revised in the earlier incorrect Audited Financial Results submitted.
