Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs 1.50 per equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
