Sun Tv Network Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 22, 2009 to September 4, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 4, 2009 and for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend if any, declared at the AGM.
