Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 29, 2009 has taken the following decision: Recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.50 per share on the enlarged equity capital of the Company of Rs.617,848,590 consisting of 61,784,859 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
