Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 29, 2009 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.50 per share on the enlarged equity capital of the Company of Rs.617,848,590 consisting of 61,784,859 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
