V-Guard Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on July 27, 2009. The Board of Directors have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.2.50per equity share of the Company. Further the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17, 2009 to July 27, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on July 27, 2009 and payment of Dividend, if approved by the shareholders.
