Celebrity Fashions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 26, 2009, have approved the proposal of issue of equity shares on preferential basis to one of companys Promoter Directors, Mr.V.Rajagopal, not exceeding 3,00,000 (Three lakh) Equity shares, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the AGM to be held on July 27, 2009.
