Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2009, has approved the proposal of issue of equity shares on preferential basis to one of the Promoter Directors, Mr. V Rajagopal, not exceeding 3,00,000 (Three lakh) Equity shares, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the AGM to be held on July 27, 2009.
