Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2009, is considering the proposal of issue of equity shares on preferential basis to one of the Companys Promoter Directors, Mr. V Rajagopal, not exceeding 3,00,000 (Three lakh) Equity shares, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the AGM to be held on July 27, 2009.
