Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed between July 16, 2009 and July 24, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend for the financial year 2008-09. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on July 24, 2009.
