Jyothy Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2009 to July 30, 2009 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on July 30, 2009 as well as for payment of dividend.
