Sobha Developers Limited has informed the Exchange, in clarification to certain media reports stating that the Company is opening its QIP issue on June 18, 2009, that: "The Company through this communication seeks to clarify that the aforesaid news item is incorrect. The Company further undertakes to keep the stock exchanges informed on all the developments in this front and ensure that all the conditions and regulatory requirements in relation to the issue are complied with".
