Mindtree Limited has informed the Exchange that the Honourable High Court of Karnataka on June 03, 2009 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aztecsoft Limited into Mindtree Limited. Further, the Company has informed the Exchange that Book Closure of Aztecsoft Limited shall be stand changed to the dates as stated below due to the Scheme of Amalgamation becoming effective: The Annual General Meeting of Aztecsoft Limited will be held on June 30, 2009. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will now be closed from June 30, 2009 to June 30, 2009 for the purpose of holding AGM and for reckoning names of the equity share holders of Aztecsoft Limited - Transferor Company who shall be entitled to receive shares of Mindtree Limited - Transferee Company upon coming into effect of the Scheme.
