I had 30 shares of Shree Pre Coated Steel which was converted to 9 Ajmera Reality and 21 Shree precoated and available in DMAT A/c.

Mr Phirke, the shares of both companies were credited to my demat account. The scheme of arrangement was notified long time back and a final letter came just a few days back giving details of demat credit also. Please check before making such comments.

Hi, shree precoated shares will be listed soon, 30th June actually, based on the other messages here. Not sure, why you don`t see the shares in your demat account. Better check with you DP.
It is very confusing. I have got only 60 Infra realty for 200 Shree Precoated Steel. Some people are saying that for 200 they have got 60 of ajmera and 140 of SPSL. But it seems now there is no SPSL. AS they are saying SPSL is now ajmera realty. Kindly clarify if someone has researched the matter.
Hi, The shree precoated shares are not yet listed back, so there will not be any BSE scrip code. But you will see the stock in your DP statement. The ISIN is INE318K01017. Better contact your DP in case of any further question.
