OnMobile Global Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2009, inter alia, to consider the performance of Telisma S A to determine the earn out shares to be issued, to the founders and certain employees of Telisma S A, as set out in the share purchase agreement signed to acquire 100% of Telisma S A on July 01, 2008.
