D-Link (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13,2009 accepted the resignation of Mr. Jangoo Dalal Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer effective from June 1 ,2009. Further Mr Jangoo Dalal shall continue to remain as a Ordinary and Non Executive Director in the Company.
