D-Link India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2009, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jangoo Dalal Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer effective from June 01, 2009.
Mr. Jangoo Dalal shall continue to remain as a Ordinary and Non-Executive Director in the Company.
